SECTION III
Upon completion
3.1. Upon completion of the work, the customer undertakes to pay in full the amount agreed upon earlier.
3.2. The customer is obliged to indicate the author's nickname and the name of the team when using the product.

SECTION IV
Ownership of rights. Standard and Full licenses
4.1. The standard license applies to all products by default. It grants the customer the right to publish their work in social networks and use it on streaming services.
4.2. If you need to use the product in applications/computer games/other commercial works, you must pay for the full license. In this case, the customer needs to pay an additional +100% of the product amount during the transfer of funds.

Order payment
6.1. We accept payments via Sberbank and Tinkoff (Boosty and PayPal are available for foreign customers).
6.2. When paying via PayPal, you must pay an additional 7% of the intermediary's commission fees.
6.3. Payment schedule: *
6.3.1. Prepayment: to book a slot on order, you must make a prepayment of 25% of the total order amount. This guarantees the customer that the slot will remain with them, and gives the performer the opportunity to plan deadlines for orders. This amount will only be refunded to you if the contractor refuses to work for any reason.
6.3.2. At the beginning of work on your order, the following 25% of the order amount is paid, the remaining 50% is paid upon completion of the order.
6.4. If the advance payment was not made within the agreed time frame, we do not include your order in the queue and do not take it into account when planning the schedule.
6.5. If the remaining amount from the order was not transferred within the agreed time frame and the customer does not contact us for more than two weeks, we reserve the right to put the model up for sale and terminate any further cooperation with the customer.
6.6. We reserve the right to publish the work process when working on a pre-order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer (see section 8 "Confidentiality").

7.3. If the customer refuses our services at the final stages of order execution, no refund will be made, ready-made files will not be provided, and we reserve the right to refuse further cooperation with them and add them to the black list of customers.
