Delivery time

• Overlay/Scene/Additional graphics/Animation/Additional variations/Panels and alerts/: 1.5 months;
• Widgets: 3 weeks.

• I am used to working with text/visual data because I can go back to it every time I need to. So please, no DISCORD - calls or anything like that
• Please feel free to share your idea and any suggestions. Don't forget to attach a PNG of your model, preferably additionally send a lore / art / mudboard / aesthetic / color palette and any similar information - this will help better understand you / your character and create the necessary atmosphere. You can also send in examples of other designers' work, but keep in mind that I won't duplicate the design you like.
• If you want to include Japanese words into the design, please provide me the necessary text ( characters ) as well as the translation.
• The price does not include artwork/illustrations, but I can use ready-made ones if required ( I am not responsible if the author has not coordinated the use of the images in the broadcast)
• If you need the original ( editable ) files - let me know in advance. You will be able to get them for an additional fee of +30%.
• Minor corrections, while maintaining the overall concept is included in each project. Significant edits or complete design changes may incur an additional fee ( this is evaluated by me individually for each case ). When ordering emotes, free edits can be made prior to painting
• You may request corrections to the finished order within 1 week of receiving the final files if I have made any errors ( e.g. in the text ). Please check your files carefully

• Please be patient. I work at my own pace and will keep you informed of the progress of your order. Also note that the work week is Monday through Friday. This means that responses to your inquiries/messages may be delayed over the weekend.
• You can ask for any information about your order at any time.
• If you need to shorten your deadlines, please let us know. On average this requires an additional fee of 30-50%.
• If the client is very slow with answers - the work can be suspended and added to the end of the queue. In this case, the deadline will not be considered overdue. If the client does not get in touch for more than 2 months - the order can be canceled without a refund

• 100% prepayment. For orders over $100 the prepayment may be 50%, the rest should be paid before receiving finished files. Payments can be made in the following currencies: GBP (to PayPal), USD (to boosty), RUB (to RF card), all commission is paid by client
• have the right to cancel an order if I cannot fulfill it for any reason. In this case the payment will be fully refunded.
• After the work is done there is no refund under any circumstances. A 50% refund will be given if work on the order has already begun, but you decide to cancel it for any reason

• I reserve all rights to the work I have done. I have the right to publish the work / show the process on my social networks. If the order needs to be kept secret until a certain date, let me know in advance
• If you purchased the source data - you may modify it, but you may not reuse / sell / distribute the resulting files

Discounts

• When ordering from 3 positions (3 overlays; 2 overlays + chat, etc.) discount 20%;
• If you need a simple design or you are willing to completely rely on my taste, you can also get a discount (terms are discussed individually).
