Please read my policies and terms of use below carefully. By ordering a job from me, you agree to my policy and ToS.
The cost of my commission is approximate and can be changed depending on the complexity of the request. I will inform you of the total cost before the process starts and this price will remain fixed. However, any modifications that change the appearance of the final model after I have started work are not allowed. We will discuss the details of the character you want to get before starting the process, so when you give me concept art to work, be 100% sure what you want to end up with. After the start of the process, any significant changes that change the general appearance of the model or its parts are paid for separately.
You get full ownership and copyright of the 3D model and all its elements, for personal or commercial use, but not for reselling.
Do not claim/credit the commissioned 3D artwork as your own work.
Editing of my models by other modelers/artists is allowed if authorship is indicated.
I will not start work until a 50% prepayment is made.
If the payment for the model has not been made in full, I have every right to use the created model at my discretion, including further resale.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and it will cause the commission or commission application to be canceled.
Not communicating for an extended period of time without giving me any notice will be seen as canceling the commission.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, those who contact me first will receive their work first.
When the commission is completed, while using my 3D model, you must write the information in your twitter profile about who made model with a link to me. I also welcome retweets of my posts about your model.
I am entitled to decline any application for a commission for my own reasons.
I forbid any use of my work for NFT related projects, commission applications will be refused.
Return/refund policy
If you have any unplanned circumstances or decide to cancel my commission, please, inform me immediately. Please don't delay and don't be afraid.
Within a week I can make you a refund of your initial payment (50%), minus the days that I have already spent on modeling and transfer fees.
If you have paid the full price, I can give you a partial refund, minus the days that I have already spent on modeling and the transfer fee, within 2 weeks. If a longer period has passed, depending on the duration, I can also discuss a partial option, but it depends on the time that has passed and other factors, so it may not be implemented.
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
In case that the commission is canceled due to a violation of the terms of tos or my policy, I will send you a model on which process it was, I will keep the payment made.
Please be tolerant and stay in touch so that I can provide you with the best quality service.
In case I want to cancel your commission for my reasons, I will provide a full refund. A refund will be provided by a payment method suitable for me.
